Takeda’s Black STEM leaders share their stories and pathways of promise

While the tides are slowly turning, Black professionals remain underrepresented in STEM careers. This gap is more than a statistic; it's a barrier to full potential for the children who hold the keys to future innovation and for the communities that would benefit from their brilliance.

In light of this, Takeda’s Black Leadership Council invited Takeda professionals to inspire the next generation of Black scientists, engineers, and innovators by sharing their stories. They also emphasized that not only do Black students belong in STEM but that they are essential to its success.
